  • Every one of our clients gets to choose each and every aspect of their wedding from what type of chair they would like down to the linen colors of the napkins. Once you decide what you would like, we set everything up from the tables, chairs, tents, dancefloor, linens, etc., and at the end of the night take it all down for you too! 
  • All of our clients have the kind of stress-free day they have only dreamt about. We allow you to be you and do what you would like to do. After all, it's your day. Not ours!
  • Below you will see some sample layouts for different sized groups. These are simply suggestions and are not set in stone. 
  • Our base packages include the following and are based on your group size and guest count: 9am-12am venue rental, Indoor air-conditioned restrooms, beautiful bridal suite, trash cans and bags, exclusive venue access and an Alpine Ponds representative. Pricing on the base package is based on guest count and ranges from groups of less than 100 up to groups of 250. The base pricing is determined by the day of the week and guest count. For example, a wedding of 100 guests or less on a Monday thru Thursday is $1100. That same wedding on a Saturday is $1500. The base price can go as high as $2250 if you have a wedding of 250 on a Saturday. 
  • Our options which are in addition to our base price for these packages include options such as: tents, tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, decor services, planning services, dj entertainment, photobooth services, and full setup and takedown all of which are priced at an exclusive Alpine discount.
